How much does Mission’s managed SCADA service cost?

Pricing is based on the number of monitored sites and the I/O at each one. There is no capital purchase. One annual fee per site covers the RTU, cellular data, the 123SCADA platform, hosting, security, and support. Contact us for a quote on your system.

How quickly can a site go live?

Most sites are monitoring within 2 to 4 hours of the RTU arriving. RTUs come pre-configured and self-enroll into 123SCADA on power-up. Many utilities go from first conversation to live monitoring in under two weeks.

Do I need cellular coverage at my sites?

Mission RTUs use multi-carrier cellular and connect to the strongest available network. Coverage is sufficient across most of the continental U.S. and Canada. For very remote sites, talk to us about options.
