MyLevel Ultrasonic Sewer Level Sensor
MyLevel is a battery-powered, cellular-connected ultrasonic level sensor purpose-built for subsurface sewer applications. It provides accurate and hassle-free level measurements for combined sewer overflow (CSO) and sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) monitoring, giving water utilities the confidence to keep their systems safe, compliant, and efficient. Engineered for diverse environments, MyLevel delivers high reliability and seamless connectivity from the bottom of the channel to the manhole cover.

Precision Ultrasonic Measurement
MyLevel uses a patented ultrasonic sensor design that provides precise measurements up to 49.2 feet (15 meters) from the sensor face. The complete dynamic range from the bottom of the channel to the manhole cover gives operators comprehensive visibility into rising and falling levels.
The sensor maintains data integrity throughout its entire operating range, providing precise and reliable readings even during surge events and high-flow conditions.

Built for Harsh Environments
MyLevel is engineered for the toughest conditions found in sewer infrastructure:
- IP68-rated enclosure: Sealed against submersion, designed for wet, humid, and corrosive manhole environments
- Intrinsically safe: Certified Class I, II, III, Division 1, Groups C-D, T4 for hazardous locations with methane and hydrogen sulfide
- Carbon fiber ABS plastic construction: Molded from durable, corrosion-resistant materials certified for hazardous sewer environments
- Low-maintenance design: No moving parts in the ultrasonic sensor; minimal maintenance required for continuous operation
- Simple mounting: Hardware fits to the inside wall just below the manhole cover for easy installation and maintenance access

Two Models Available

MyLevel-L
The MyLevel-L includes one patented ultrasonic level sensor and one float. The ultrasonic sensor provides continuous level measurement while the float serves as a high-level alarm contact for critical threshold notification. This is the recommended model for CSO/SSO monitoring applications where continuous level trending is required.

MyLevel-F
The MyLevel-F includes two floats for specified level alarms without the ultrasonic sensor. This model provides cost-effective threshold-based monitoring when continuous level measurement is not required.
Real-Time Data and Proactive Alerts
MyLevel transmits data to the 123SCADA platform where operators can access visual reports, event dashboards, and historical trends from any device. Alarm notifications are delivered within two minutes of an event via phone call, text message, email, or web portal alert.
Configurable alarm levels include Low Fault, Low Restore, High Restore, High Fault, High High Restore, High High Fault, Surcharge Level and Main Road Spill Level, providing a complete escalation framework for overflow prevention.

CSO/SSO Compliance Monitoring
MyLevel automates the data collection and reporting required for sewer overflow compliance. The 123SCADA platform records overflow events with precise timestamps, duration calculations, and level data that supports regulatory reporting.
This automated documentation helps utilities avoid fines and cleanup costs from unreported SSO events while providing the evidence needed to demonstrate compliance to state and federal regulators.

Applications Beyond Sewer Monitoring
While purpose-built for sewer manholes, MyLevel is equally effective for a range of water monitoring applications:
- Water treatment plants: Backup monitoring for submersible sensors in any plant container
- Combined sewer overflow (CSO): Know when activation levels are reached with immediate data for reports and overflow calculations
- Canals: Ensure accuracy of level changes in transportation and runoff canals
- Rivers and streams: Guard against floods and manage water releases from dams and reservoirs
- Lakes, ponds, and lagoons: Monitor any standing body of water with historical trends and real-time alarms

What does the Mylevel product monitor?
Mylevel monitors water levels in assets such as tanks and reservoirs, giving users live visibility into changing conditions. That helps operators respond faster when levels move outside expected ranges.
Why is level monitoring important for utilities?
Level monitoring is important because it helps prevent overflow, shortage, and other operating problems tied to changing water levels. Real-time visibility supports more stable and informed operation.
How does Mylevel support remote system oversight?
Mylevel supports remote oversight by sending level data and alerts into the monitoring platform so users can review conditions without travelling to the site. That saves time and improves responsiveness.
